My food is prepared in a shared kitchen where gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish may be present. Because these allergen-containing ingredients can be present in the kitchen at any time there's always a small chance of cross-contact; traces of these items may be found in the food. My BBQ sauces contain worcestershire sauce which contains anchovies (fish). Items marked (GF) are prepared using a gluten-free recipe but not in a dedicated allergy-safe area.
